Chasing the light

It's been a minute since I posted. In our area we have been experiencing cooler weather, letting us know that fall is approaching, and soon we will be enjoying the fall colors. 

The area artists are preparing for the Abingdon plein air competition in October. As that time approaches, when the challenges begin that we will face deciding location, what size of canvas, and what medium to use, oil or acrylic etc. 

I look forward to meeting my old acquaintances and hopefully meeting new artists during this time.
